How does it work?
We are a custom print on demand shop where you can browse and customize branded products. Rather than traditional mass production, where items are manufactured in large quantities and stored in inventory, POD operates on a "just-in-time" basis. When you place an order, your product is made just for you!

Returns and Exchanges
If your product meets specifications and is correctly printed when it reaches you, we cannot authorize a refund or replacement product. Additionally, we will not authorize a refund if your product does not arrive within the shipping deadline. However, we always work with shipping carriers to provide us with the most accurate shipping calculators possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and no restocking fee will be applied. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Because we never re-sell our products, refunds or replacement items are only accepted under for following circumstances
- Receiving an incorrect or damaged print on your product - e.g., incorrect colors, design placement errors
- Receiving an incorrect or damaged product - this can include issues with printing quality, tears in fabric, or other manufacturing defects.
If your order meets one or more of the acceptable circumstances, simply email us at madmane@gmail.com with your order number and we will do everything we can to review and accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?
You have one (1) hour to cancel orders after they are placed. After one (1) hour passes, orders cannot be canceled because we get started creating your products right away!
